“ Shucos I am happy to be the first person to review this place. For me, it's my ideal place. Call it a mom-and-pop place, or call it a hole-in-the-wall, but that is just my speed. It's a slim or narrow place. It isn't by any means fancy, there are no frills. Just a friendly staff and delicious food. My wife and I both started with a cold bottle of Mirinda Naranja. It tasted like a Bolis which is a Mexican popsicle, so it was a nice throw back to my childhood. I ordered a Shuco with Carne Asada (Grilled bread, Carne asada, mustard, mayonnaise, chimichurri, salsa Dulce and avocado). I am not a fan of mustard but I really wanted to try this exactly how it was meant to be served. It was as delicious as it was messy. The meat was tender, the bread grilled and crunchy. I also ordered a chuchito, the best way I can describe this is to say that it's like a super moist tamale with salsa. I also ordered an Atol de elote to go. It was the perfect way to end my meal. My wife also went with the Shuco de asada minus the mustard, with an arroz con leche to go to end hers. ”
